We've got standards -- now what?

In this follow-on to UX Content Standards Part 1, we'll take a dynamic and participatory look at how to:

  • Choose realistic governance goals
  • Assess and make the most of your specific resources, including not-so-obvious ones
  • Inspire others to your vision, especially gatekeepers
  • Create a process, timeline, delivery mechanism and technologies -- who, what, when, where and how

This agenda is subject to change, depending on what participants brought to Part I and drawing on the results the survey. (Note: The survey is open until May 10--there's still time to participate!). Regardless, you’ll come away with ideas for your own next content standards governance steps, as well as for mapping out your next phase of content standards development.
