But designing (and following) a governance framework is much easier said than done. Without the right balance between enterprise needs, business goals, and stakeholder bandwidth, your organization’s content strategy can be derailed by inconsistency, frustration, and capability loss.

Paula is a lead senior information architect and taxonomist with Factor Firm, an information architecture and human experience consultancy. In her role at Factor, she helps enterprises create innovative information strategies through content and data assessment and modeling.
Previous roles include senior business analyst and content strategist and compliance analyst with Sound Transit and UW Medicine, industry analyst in ecommerce with Gartner Inc., and archivist with University of Washington Special Collection, Washington State Regional Archive, National Archive of Dublin, Computer History Museum, and Stanford University's Hoover Archive.
