The only guarantee in life is that everything changes. So many moments shift our priorities and perspectives. Having kids — or watching them leave home. Caring for family members — then saying goodbye. Entering middle age and feeling its changes in our brains and bodies — then worrying what that means for our careers and reputations.

If you’re going through any of these transitions, you know they can spark powerful change. And when you’re on the other end, you may not be the same person you were at the beginning. Whether that realization is exciting or terrifying, this session is for you. You’ll learn how to:

  • Reconnect with your values — and apply them to how you show up day-to-day at work
  • Make peace with the changes you’ve experienced — and let go of behaviors and beliefs that no longer apply
  • Approach your ambitions from a place of meaning and purpose, and measure them against what success means to you now
