Content design is going through a massive shift, but it's not all about AI. More companies are now expecting content designers to understand how their text surfaces in the product, manage content, and collaborate with engineers on complex problems.

This doesn't mean we're becoming technical writers. But it does mean that you need to be a bit more technical.

This talk will discuss:

  • Why content design is becoming more technical
  • What skills you're expected to know
  • How those skills can benefit your work
  • How to become comfortable with technical concepts
